Talk about a fair, reliable plumber!
We were having drainage issues! Our wastewater was spilling and collecting in our garage. It smelled terrible! We called Edco Plumbing, Heat & Air. Ed ran a cable into our pipes to help unclog what was causing the drainage issues. He mentioned there was a lot of greases causing an issue. We were not surprised because the property management company that was taking care of our house before we bought it was a terrible company when it came to maintenance.
After Ed left, the next day we were still having issues. Today, I called Edco Plumbing, Heating and Air, and Kim answered the phone promptly. She got my name, number, and address and had Ed come out to see us within 30 minutes of the phone call.
Ed decided that there were so much grease and blockage in our pipes that he needed to run the cable again, and flush the pipes with hot water from our water tank. Since he had already come out the first time, he did not charge for this second trip. We tested the drainage, and everything is running and draining now as it should be.

Yesterday the Edco team spent about five hours at our house cleaning our pipes from multiple directions. They used a hydrojetter, something most plumbing companies don't have and in fact, call Edco. In the 15+ years we have spent thousands of dollars for different plumbers to punch holes through larger problems. The hydrojetter cleans the whole pipe when done correctly. While not the cheapest fix, or the quickest, it is the most complete. Perhaps as important as anything in my dealings with Edco is the trustworthiness of the team, the professionalism and attention to detail to make sure it is done correctly. Hydrojetter with camera gives a complete picture and Edco explains to educate you of the overall problems. Thank you so much Edco.
